Home to the NBA’s Utah Jazz, EnergySolutions Arena opened in 1991. Prior to the 2013-14 season, Miller Sports Properties (which owns the team and arena) announced plans to install a new center-hung HD LED video display, four auxiliary upper-deck LED displays, two LED fascia boards, vomitory signage, and new courtside kick-plate displays.
In the final year of a ten-year plan to renovate and improve its beloved home, the Boston Red Sox installed a trio of high definition video boards over the center and right field bleachers. Alpha Video Sports, along with the prime contractor, Sony, installed systems that ingest, store, retrieve, distribute and replay video to the video boards and other screens throughout the ballpark. The digital, file based system allows the Red Sox to provide more content and game information in dazzling HD quality.
